As a Graduater Surveyor on the rural pathway, you'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of teams. These include Rural Property Management, Valuation, Agency, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Minerals, and Agribusiness.

As a consequence of the variety of roles available, the projects you can be involved in and the types of clients can be hugely diverse. From private estates and family farms to corporate clients and public sector bodies, you'll be exposed to a broad spectrum of rural property matters.

Our rural graduate programme provides you with the ideal route t to becoming a chartered member status with the RICS. Working within the rural industry means that Graduates are well prepared to undertake the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and become a Chartered member of the RICS on the Rural Pathway. You’ll receive structured training and mentoring to support your journey through the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), with exposure to a wide variety of competencies that directly align with your day-to-day responsibilities. Roles within the graduate rural pathway sit across a range of areas within Fisher German and consequently there are a large range of roles and locations available depending on the type of work you are interested in.
