I am Managing Partner of Fisher German, with overall responsibility for leading and managing the business. I chair the Senior Leadership Team and draw on more than 30 years' experience across the property sector.
Having previously served as Chief Operating Officer, I have a detailed understanding of how Fisher German works and how our teams can collaborate to deliver the best results for clients. My career began with John German, then Germans, and now Fisher German, giving me broad experience across rural, infrastructure and commercial property markets.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is supporting our people, particularly those early in their careers, as they are the future of Fisher German. As a partnership, our strength comes from the fact that people genuinely care about one another, our clients and the long-term success of the business. I am focused on helping our people thrive while ensuring the business continues to grow with that shared sense of purpose at its heart.
I qualified at Harper Adams and joined the business in 1995. I live in rural Staffordshire with my wife and three children.

Interests
Outside work, I enjoy sport, endurance challenges and family holidays somewhere warm, ideally with the chance to be active, relax and try to master a surfboard. I am also a lifelong All Blacks fan, a big reading enthusiast and currently trying to get better at yoga - which is proving to be an endurance challenge of its own.
