I am head of green energy & sustainability at Fisher German and have worked in the sector for 20 years. I advise landowners across the UK and Northern Ireland on a wide range of energy projects.
My experience covers projects from the earliest stages through to delivery. I have helped landowners bring forward an extensive portfolio of energy schemes and supported some of the UK's leading clearing banks with renewable energy lending policy, due diligence and valuation advice for more than £1bn of assets.
I also lead our delivering net zero service, which helps commercial property owners improve energy performance and reduce carbon emissions across their portfolios. I regularly act as an expert witness on complex cases involving energy assets, bringing clear, practical and well-informed advice to each instruction.
I am a chartered surveyor and equity partner and joined Fisher German after graduating from the Royal Agricultural College. Alongside developing the firm's service offering to the energy sector, I previously spent time leading the firm's graduate recruitment and APC training programmes.
