Sustainability Adviser

I am a sustainability adviser in Fisher German's green energy & sustainability team, where I help clients understand their options and take practical steps towards net zero. I joined Fisher German in 2021 to help drive our delivering net zero service and bring more than 10 years' experience in renewables and sustainable energy.

My work focuses on helping clients reduce carbon emissions, improve energy performance and maintain compliance with minimum energy efficiency standards. I support them with feasibility and viability assessments for new renewable energy projects, advice on existing energy schemes and clear, commercially grounded guidance on how to decarbonise their property portfolios.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is making sustainability feel achievable. Net zero can be complex, but I enjoy breaking the process down, helping clients understand what is possible and working with colleagues across commercial property management, renewable energy, lease advisory, sustainability and building consultancy to find the right route forward.

I take a practical, collaborative approach and aim to give clients advice that is clear, realistic and tailored to their objectives. Whether they are at the start of their sustainability journey or looking to build on existing progress, I focus on helping them make confident decisions that support both environmental and commercial goals.

Interests

Outside work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and keeping active, particularly when it gives me the chance to explore new places and switch off. I also have a strong personal interest in sustainability and enjoy seeing how practical changes, both big and small, can make a positive difference.
