I am a senior associate and natural capital specialist based in Fisher German's Worcester office. I advise rural landowners, developers and commercial property owners on estate management, sustainability, natural capital and energy performance, helping clients make practical, informed decisions that support both their property goals and the wider environment.
My work includes managing rural estates for corporate and private clients, advising on landlord and tenant matters, and supporting diversification opportunities, particularly where land, sustainability and renewable energy come together. I also have a particular focus on biodiversity net gain, a fast-moving and specialist area where I have helped develop Fisher German's services for clients looking to understand and unlock natural capital opportunities.
Before joining Fisher German in 2018, I spent 10 years working in sustainability, renewable energy, energy efficiency and carbon reporting, including five years with the Country Land and Business Association as Renewable Energy Policy Adviser. That experience gives me a broad perspective and means I can bring together technical knowledge, policy insight and a practical understanding of land and property to help clients find workable solutions.
I qualified as a chartered surveyor after completing an MSc in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University, following undergraduate studies in Geography and Environmental Science at Durham University. I am a member of both RICS and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, sit on the Leicestershire and Rutland CLA regional committee, and completed the Worshipful Company of Farmers Challenge of Rural Leadership in 2016.

Interests
Outside work, I live in south Warwickshire close to the small family farm where I grew up. I enjoy history, walking and training my dog, as well as rural pursuits and a range of sports, especially rugby.
