As a graduate commercial surveyor, you can expect to have a minimum of 2-years structured training programme. Typically, you will undertake three 8-month rotational seats within different commercial teams across our Advisory, Agency, and Property Management & Consultancy Divisions. Your rotations will be allocated to any three of the following teams: valuations, business rates, office leasing agency, industrial leasing agency development agency, landlord and tenant, investment, and property management.

By the end of the two-year rotation period, our graduates have developed a well-rounded and enhanced understanding of commercial real estate. They benefit from numerous opportunities to build connections and network with qualified industry peers along the way.
